    On page 21, line 1 of the striking amendment, after "June 23, 2013" insert ", and for the Interstate 5/Marvin Road/SR 510 Interchange project

EFFECT:   Adds the following to the projects for which appropriations from the Connecting Washington Account are provided: the Interstate 5/Marvin Road/SR 510 Interchange project.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net fiscal impact in the 2013-15 biennium.

Increases the spending plan in LEAP Transportation Document 2013-L1 as follows:

· $30 million for the Interstate 5/Marvin Road/SR 510 Interchange project.
