    On page 1, line 6, after "smokes" strike "a lighted pipe, cigar, or cigarette" and insert "any substance, including tobacco, marijuana, or any other substance regulated under chapter 69.50 RCW,"

EFFECT:  Establishes a traffic infraction for a person to smoke any substance, including tobacco, marijuana, or another controlled substance, in a vehicle carrying a minor.
