    On page 3, line 29, after "management" insert "of suicide and related behavioral health conditions"

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Adds training in related behavioral health conditions to the training in suicide assessment, treatment, and management that must be completed by physicians.  Adds primary care providers to the Washington Plan for Suicide Prevention Steering Committee.
