    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Removes the provision that changed the requirement for approval of a master program segment to provide a level of protection of critical areas to ensure no net loss of shoreline ecological functions necessary to sustain shoreline natural resources.
