through "(2011)." on line 34 and insert "(a) The department is
authorized to:
(i) Charge a registration fee of not more than twenty dollars for
any hunter education training course completed over the internet; and
(ii) Collect donations related to any hunter education training
course.
(b) All fees and donations collected under this subsection must be
collected as program income as that term is defined in 50 C.F.R. Sec.
80.120 (2013).
(c) The department must adopt and implement procedures that ensure
the accountability of the receipt and expenditure of all fees and
donations received under this subsection."

EFFECT: Limits the authority of the department of fish and wildlife to collect registration fees for hunter education training classes to only those classes taught online; specifically allows the department of fish and wildlife to accept donations for all hunter education training classes; requires accounting measures for all fees and donations; removes direction to the department of fish and wildlife to reimburse hunter education training class instructors; and updates a reference to the code of federal regulations.
