On page 2, line 7, after "infrastructure." insert "The department shall, to the extent practical, integrate communications, outreach, and other aspects of the administration of loans from the account with the administration of existing grant programs to reduce diesel emissions from vehicles and equipment."
EFFECT: Directs the department of ecology to integrate its administration of diesel idle reduction account loans with the administration of existing diesel grant programs.
