    On page 44, line 4, after "December 15, 2014," insert "submit a preliminary report of key findings and recommendations to the transportation committees of the legislature and the office of financial management by March 1, 2015," 

EFFECT: Adds a preliminary report of key findings and recommendations of the short line rail inventory project to be submitted by the Washington State Department of Transportation to the transportation committees of the Legislature and the Office of Financial Management by March 1, 2015.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
