    On page 2, line 3, after "(5)" insert "(a)"

    On page 2, after line 11, insert the following:

    "(b) For land adjacent to land within the district, a district must give prior written notice to the property owner of the district's intent to enter upon the land for the purposes specified in (a) of this subsection."

EFFECT:   Requires mosquito control districts to give prior written notice to property owners of the intent to enter upon their land when it is adjacent to land within the district.
