    On page 81, line 33, increase the accident account--state appropriation by $3,300,000

    On page 81, line 35, increase the medical aid account--state appropriation by $3,100,000

    On page 82, line 3, correct the total

    On page 83, after line 7, insert the following:

    "(9)  $3,300,000 of the accident account--state appropriation and $3,100,000 of the medical aid account--state appropriation are provided solely for the development of the My L&I web portal."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references.

EFFECT:   Provides $3.3 million from the Accident Account--State appropriation and $3.1 million from the Medical Aid Account--State appropriation for the Department of Labor and Industries to develop an online customer web portal known as My L&I.

FISCAL IMPACT:  Increases the Accident Account--State appropriation by $3.3 million.  Increases the Medical Aid Account--State appropriation by $3.1 million.  Increases the total appropriation to the Department of Labor and Industries by $6.4 million.
