    On page 405, line 11, increase the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2013 by $162,000

    On page 405, line 14, after "distribute" strike "$566,000" and insert "$545,000"

    On page 405, line 14, after "county" insert "and $183,000 to Yakima county"

EFFECT:   Decreases distributions by the Director of the Office of Financial Management to Grant County by $21,000 and increases distributions to Yakima County $183,000 for extraordinary criminal justice costs.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund - State by $162,000.
