    On page 4, beginning on line 1 of the striking amendment, strike all of section 2

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Removes the language in the striking amendment that requires the Office of Financial Management to define "undue hardship" in rule.
