    On page 6, line 4, after "of" strike "both" and insert "((both)) eligible renewable resources and renewable energy credits"

EFFECT:  Authorizes a qualifying utility that has acquired conservation in excess of a biennial conservation target to use an alternative compliance mechanism which allows for the purchase of coal transition power.
