    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Removes a requirement that students claimed for general apportionment based on enrollment in dropout reengagement programs meet a minimum instructional contact of at least one time per week.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
