    On page 4, beginning on line 25 of the striking amendment, strike all of sections 103 and 104

    On page 20, beginning on line 24 of the striking amendment, strike all of section 301

    Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Provides that school districts must grant academic course equivalency to a CTE course on the state equivalency list only if the course is offered.  Removes provisions requiring school districts to offer at least one CTE course that is equivalent to mathematics or one CTE course that is equivalent to science from the state list.  Removes provisions related to providing a waiver of this requirement for small school districts.  Removes an effective date of these provisions.
