Beginning on page 13, line 32, after "consider" strike all material through "RCW 90.71.310." on page 14, line 2, and insert ", with regard to any project designed to address the effects of storm water or wastewater on Puget Sound, whether the project is consistent with the action agenda developed by the Puget Sound partnership pursuant to RCW 90.71.310. The board shall consult with the Puget Sound partnership on such projects in order to ensure consistency with the action agenda."
EFFECT: Clarifies that the public works board must consider whether a project is consistent with the action agenda developed by the Puget Sound partnership for any project designed to address the effects of storm water or wastewater on Puget Sound when awarding assistance. Requires the board to consult with the Puget Sound partnership on these projects.
