    On page 42, line 11, increase the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2014 by $97,000.

    On page 42, line 12, increase the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2015 by $88,000.

    On page 42, line 13, increase the general fund-federal appropriation by $100,000.

    Adjust totals accordingly.

EFFECT:   Restores the maintenance level funding increase for the Mental Health division to conduct background checks for persons applying to purchase firearms.

FISCAL IMPACT:  $185,000 general fund-state.
