On page 1, line 1 of the title, after "management;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "amending RCW 77.08.030, 77.36.100, and 77.36.130; reenacting and amending RCW 77.36.010; adding new sections to chapter 77.36 RCW; and creating a new section."
EFFECT: Removes provisions adding ten dollars to the initial and renewal fees for existing fish and wildlife-related special plates, the revenue for which would be dedicated to funding wolf management activities and providing compensation for livestock damage caused by wolves.
