    On page 2, line 30, after "43.70.112." insert "All other health care professionals subject to regulation under chapter 18.130 RCW may pay an additional fee at point of licensure of no more than twenty-five dollars and as determined by the department if they wish to access the University of Washington's health sciences library under RCW 43.70.112."

EFFECT:   Health care professionals may voluntarily pay an additional fee at point of licensure if they want to access the University of Washington's health sciences library.
