On page 2, line 31, after "operated" strike all material through
"vicinity" on line 32 and insert "within a radius of ((fifteen))
twenty-five miles"
EFFECT: Removes the provision that would allow an exempt farm vehicle to travel on public highways in the vicinity of the farm and replaces it with to within twenty-five miles of the farm.
