On page 29, line 16 of the amendment, after "higher" insert "unless the person is a qualifying patient possessing valid documentation under chapter 69.51A RCW"
EFFECT: The court is not required to order the offender to not drive with THC in his or her blood as a condition of probation if the person is a qualifying patient possessing valid documentation.
