    On page 1, line 24 of the amendment, after "by" insert the following:

"the City of Seattle and"

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Adds the City of Seattle to those required to pay for cost overruns to the SR 520 Bridge Replacement and HOV project.
