    On page 1, line 21 of the amendment, after "insert", strike ""use tolls to pay for all cost overruns"", and insert "require that cost overruns for the project be borne by the property owners in the Medina area that benefit from the replacement of the existing SR 520 Floating Bridge"

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Provides that the Legislature finds that the most appropriate way to pay for cost overruns on the SR 520 Bridge Replacement and HOV project is to require that the cost overruns be borne by property owners in the Medina area that benefit from the replacement of the existing SR 520 Floating Bridge.
