On page 23, line 7, after "act" insert "and may also consider providing funding for music and arts education in public schools that is in addition to that provided for in the program of basic education funding"
EFFECT: For counties other than King County, allows funds for the public school cultural access programs to be used for music and art programs that are in addition to those funded through basic education funding.
