    On page 4, after line 8 insert the following:

    "(iv) This subsection 4(b) applies only to former contract liquor store managers and does not apply to their successors." 

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Clarifies that the exemption and lower rate of the spirits retail license fee provided in the bill only applies to the original owners of a contract store at the time of privatization and not successors.
