Improves the response of state, local, and private entities to incidents of trafficking of humans.

Establishes the statewide coordinating committee on sex trafficking to: (1) Address the issues of sex trafficking;

(2) Examine the practices of local and regional entities involved in addressing sex trafficking; and

(3) Develop a statewide plan to address sex trafficking.

Requires expenses of the committee to come from the prostitution prevention and intervention account.

Provides a June 30, 2015, expiration date for the committee.
