Allows a superior court to set a sum that an offender is required to pay on a monthly basis towards satisfying certain additional fee assessments.

Allows a district or municipal court to: (1) Enter into a payment plan with a defendant, in which an additional fee assessment is paid through scheduled periodic payments; and

(2) Assess the defendant a reasonable fee for administrative services related to the operation of the payment plan.

Requires the clerk of the court to: (1) Collect fines assessed for patronizing a prostitute, promoting prostitution, and promoting travel for prostitution; and

(2) Remit the money to the treasurer of the county where the offense occurred for deposit in the county general fund.
