Authorizes a person convicted of a misdemeanor marijuana offense to apply to the sentencing court for a vacation of the applicant's record of conviction for the offense.

Requires the court to vacate the record of conviction if the applicant establishes that he or she was at least twenty-one years of age at the time of the offense and that the amount of marijuana in possession which formed the basis of the offense was less than one ounce.
