Addresses a juvenile firearm offender's participation in an aggression replacement training program, a functional family therapy program, or other program applicable to the juvenile firearm offender population.

Requires the juvenile rehabilitation administration of the department of social and health services to compile and analyze data regarding juvenile offenders who have been found to have committed the offense of unlawful possession of a firearm and who made their initial contact with the criminal justice system between January 1, 2005, and December 31, 2013.
