Addresses expenditures from the state wildlife account and the general fund for: (1) Damage to commercial crops caused by wild deer or elk; and

(2) Injury or loss of livestock caused by large carnivores.

Creates the wildlife conflict account and requires the state treasurer to transfer any unexpended money, from the expenditures mentioned above, to the wildlife conflict account.
