Revises certain impaired driving provisions relating to: (1) Notifications to the department of licensing and notations on driving records when ignition interlock restrictions are imposed;

(2) Tampering with an ignition interlock device;

(3) Directing, requesting, or authorizing another person to blow or otherwise exhale into an ignition interlock device;

(4) Blood and breath tests; and

(5) Requiring a repeat offender to be kept in custody until released by a judicial officer.
