Requires that rules established by the fish and wildlife commission allow an owner, the owner's immediate family member, the agent of an owner, or the owner's documented employee to kill a gray wolf that is attacking or poses an immediate threat of physical harm to livestock or other domestic animals regardless of its state classification and without the need for a permit or other form of permission.
