Revises public works contracting provisions relating to: (1) The percentage of hours to be performed by an apprentice;

(2) The option of a registered contractor to complete a wage survey electronically; and

(3) The payment of prevailing wages to laborers, workers, and mechanics employed directly on the site of the public work.
