Requires the office of the superintendent of public instruction, working with state and community partners, to prioritize funding, appropriated for assisting schools in implementing youth suicide prevention activities, to the following schools and communities: (1) Schools identified by the department of health as situated in a high-risk area or in a community with high-risk populations;

(2) Tribal communities; and

(3) Communities with a high percentage of students who speak English as a second language.

Makes an appropriation.
