    On page 3, beginning on line 3 of the striking amendment, after "(c)" strike all material through "account." on line 6 and insert "Account number or credit or debit card number, in combination with any required security code, access code, or password that would permit access to an individual's financial account."

EFFECT:   Restores the current law definition of "personal information," as it pertains to persons or businesses, from a "full account number," credit or debit card number, "or" security code, access code, or password, to an "account number" "or" credit or debit card number, "in combination with any required" security code, access code, or password.
