On page 132, after line 24 of the amendment, insert the following:

"The appropriations in this section are subject to the following conditions and limitations: The department of natural resources shall ensure no net loss of taxable acreage within the county in which the land acquisition is occurring.

EFFECT: Requires the Department of Natural Resources when acquiring replacement trust lands to ensure no net loss of taxable acreage within the county in which the acquisition is occurring.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
