    On page 6, line 14, decrease the highway safety account--state appropriation by $198,000

    On page 6, line 18, correct the total.

    On page 6, beginning on line 36, strike all of subsection (2)

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Removes funding that was provided for the implementation of Substitute House Bill No. 2127 or Substitute Senate Bill No. 5957, which relate to pedestrian safety reviews.

FISCAL IMPACT: Decreases Highway Safety Account - State by $198,000.
