    On page 2, line 24, after "up to" strike "ninety" and insert "forty-five"

EFFECT:   Decreases the number of days written notice from ninety to forty-five that a city, town, county, or municipal corporation may require a landlord to provide a tenant for a rent increase exceeding ten percent.
