EFFECT:   Establishes that provisions in Section 603.2 of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code (IWUIC) requiring a fuel modification distance of not less than 100 feet in wildland-urban interface areas designated as extreme hazard are not adopted as part of the State Building Code, as proposed in the underlying bill.
