    On page 75, line 11, after "(s)" strike "$7,615,000" and insert "$9,615,000"

    On page 75, line 12, after "year 2017 and" strike "$7,615,000" and insert "$9,615,000"

EFFECT:   Increases funding provided solely for the Department of Social and Health Services Mental Health Program to provide a reserve for non-Medicaid services and to increase capitation rates in the southwest Washington region transitioning to become an early adopter of fully integrated physical and behavioral health care.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund - State by $2,000,000.

           Increases General Fund - Federal by $2,000,000.
