On page 100, line 26, increase the criminal justice treatment account-state appropriation by $1,000,000

EFFECT:   Increases the funding provided for the Department of Social and Health Services Alcohol and Substance Abuse Program to provide substance abuse treatment and treatment support services for offenders with an addiction or a substance abuse problem and to support drug courts. Adjusts intent language regarding transfer from the Criminal Justice Treatment Account to the State General Fund to establish a minimum amount to be transferred in the 2017-19 fiscal biennium.

FISCAL IMPACT: Increases Crim Justice Treatmt - State by $1,000,000.
