    On page 4, after line 3, insert the following:

    "(iv) Nothing in this subsection (b) authorizes a school nurse, counselor, or homeless student liaison to provide informed consent for abortion services."

EFFECT:   Makes explicit that school nurses, counselors, and homeless student liaisons cannot provide informed consent for abortion services to homeless, unaccompanied youth under the act.
