On page 1, line 13, after "(2)" insert "If a court reforms a noncompetition agreement, the party against whom enforcement of the agreement is sought shall be considered the prevailing party and is entitled to an award of any attorneys' fees provided for under the agreement that the court finds are reasonable.

     Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Provides that if a court reforms a noncompetition agreement, the party against whom the agreement is being enforced is entitled to an award of any attorneys' fees provided for under the agreement that the court finds are reasonable.
