    On page 1, beginning on line 10 of the striking amendment, strike all of subsection (2)

    Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Removes the provision that requires the Department of Licensing to increase every four years, by the amount of inflation, the fees imposed on the original and renewal licenses of real estate brokers and managing brokers, which fees support of the Washington Center for Real Estate Research.
