    On page 3, line 37 of the striking amendment, after "(3)" insert "If a driver is logged into a digital network or software application of a commercial transportation services provider and provides a ride to a passenger who has not been matched through the provider, the applicable insurance coverage is as provided in section 2(1)(b)(i).

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Provides that the liability and uninsured motorist coverage limits of $50,000 per person and $100,000 per accident apply in the circumstances where a driver who is logged in to a digital network picks up a passenger without first having been matched with that passenger.
