Beginning on page 1, line 3 of the amendment, strike all of section 1

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT: Removes the section of the bill that prohibits the department of ecology from using water banking to mitigate for water resource impacts unless an adequate and reliable water supply is available.
