    On page 236, on line 5, after "school siting" insert: ", one member who represents active transportation concerns"

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Adds a member to the school siting task force.  The member is appointed by the Governor to represent active transportation concerns.
