    On page 32, on line 39, increase the amount by $3,000,000

    On page 33, after line 7, insert the following:

"Swedish Ballard psychiatric unit . . . . . . . $3,000,000"

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Provides $3 million from within the appropriation for Swedish Ballard psychiatric unit.
