Beginning on page 7, line 26, strike all of section 10 and insert the following:
NEW SECTION.Sec. 10. "Information collected under this act shall be retained and disclosed in accordance with chapters 40.14 and 42.56 RCW."
EFFECT: Information collected by extraordinary sensing devices shall be retained and disclosed in accordance with law under chapter 40.14 RCW and the public records act.
