On page 1. Line 9, after "worker", insert "who is at least forty years of age"

On page 4, line 24, after "section." strike all material down through "agreement." on line 29.

On page 6, line 14 strike all material through line 20.

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: The minimum age for structured settlements is set at 40. Removes language stating that the best-interest determination is not a requirement of a settlement agreement for represented workers. Removes language that states that it is a clarification of the Legislature's original intent, and applies retroactively.
