AN ACT Relating to comprehensive marijuana market reforms to ensure a well-regulated and taxed marijuana market in Washington state; and creating a new section.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The legislature intends to enact legislation concerning comprehensive marijuana market reforms to ensure a well-regulated and taxed marijuana market in Washington state.
